Now you can courier your shipments, Artworks, Luggage, Books, Textiles, Time bearable foods, Provisions and Etc products that need to be shipped with manageable reach duration. All shipments starting from 5 Kgs are accepted in our Special Services package at highly competitive prices.

Sending Medicines from India to across international borders will involve a few extra days with proper documentation procedures.

You can ship pills, herbs, lozenges, injections, syringes, prescription drugs, inhalers, ointments, eye drops, ear drops, and capsules. You can also ship ayurvedic medicines and homeopathic medicines. There are more pharmaceutical products that you ship such as masks, gloves, and test kits.

Terms and Notes


The chargeable weight is always the greater of the two: Volumetric or the Actual weight.
* The rates displayed are INCLUSIVE of the fuel surcharge and taxes within India
* Excludes oversized and palletized shipments, and special products (liquids, homemade food, etc).
** We cannot push the Ship Requests to Dispatch that are made after 3 PM or on Sundays; the same will be processed the next working day.

ODA charges applicable (ODA means Out-of-Delivery area: These are the location which are far or in a remote area. This will attract additional transit time considering the distance.)
The charges are not inclusive of the IMPORT DUTY/GST at the receiving country. The same will vary from country to country and based on the product.
Shipments that may require additional time include those containing items under review, hazardous materials or oversized packages & when additional export documentation is required.

Prohibited Items for International Services

The following items are unacceptable for carriage via International Service by

DHL to all international points:

  • Firearms, parts thereof and ammunition.
  • All Dangerous Goods as defined by IATA.
  • C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) shipments.
  • Corpses, cremated or disinterred remains.
  • Foodstuffs/Perishable (Food and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control).
  • Gambling Devices: Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by national, provincial, state or local law.
